We’re gutted not to be running this year’s rally—no one feels that more than the team. But with so much uncertainty, we had to make the tough call. We couldn’t ask competitors, volunteers, or fans to commit financially, especially when there was a real risk of cancellation. For some, choosing our event could have meant missing out on championship points elsewhere. And with some crews travelling from overseas, the stakes—and the costs—were even higher.
We’ve been genuinely humbled by the outpouring of support over these past few months. That only made it more important to protect those who back us—our competitors, marshals, sponsors, and fans—from avoidable losses.
But this isn’t the end. Far from it. Planning for the next Hills Ford Stages has already been underway for some time. We’re in active discussions, exploring new ideas, and shaping an event we know you’ll be excited for.

Safety is a paramount concern in professional motorsports events, with stringent regulations and protocols in place to ensure the well-being of competitors, officials, residents and spectators alike. This will involves continual meetings with includes a Safetry Action Group to monitor progress. The rally organisers, many of whom hold vairing positions of authority in the community, from Police officers to high ranking officials

Understanding our carbon footprint and assessing the environmental consequences of our actions are important in fulfilling our obligations to offset our impact on the environment.
How we Calculate Motorsports future
In a proactive step, we have made a commitment to back the Severn Valleys TreaScapes project throughout 2024. This initiative is dedicated to the planning and creation of green areas along a specified corridor. This aligns with our steadfast dedication to local environmental stewardship and our pledge to establish a positive legacy for the motorsport community and beyond.
